January 20, 2008 - Steven Howard Racing Announces Tentative Plans for 2008

Bloomingdale, GA - Steven Howard Racing has announced plans to pursue the 2008 O'Reilly Southern All Stars Rookie of the Year title as well as the 2008 points championship.  Howard and his team have been preparing their Rocket Chassis dirt late model for the beginning of the O'Reilly Southern All Stars season to begin at Golden Isles Speedway, where Howard will compete for three nights for $10,000 to win each night.

Howard will be competing with several other drivers throughout the 2008 racing season for the Rookie of the Year status with the O'Reilly Southern All Stars.  Drivers such as: Dillon Wood (26), and Dingus Griffin (49) will compete with Howard for the status as 2008 Rookie of the Year.  Several drivers will also be competing throughout 2008 for the O'Reilly Southern All Stars Points Championship along with Howard.
